This policy explains what personal data Awtek collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Purchase data: when you buy, our Merchant of Record, Creem, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, country and order details. We never see or store your full card details.
- Support emails: anything you send to hello@awtek.app.
- This website: we don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase, send updates for products you bought, and give support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the business: Creem (payments and tax), our email provider, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). They process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept while they're useful for helping you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@awtek.app. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
