Refund Policy

We want you to get real value from what you buy. Because our products are digital downloads you get instantly, refunds work like this:

14-day "it works or your money back"

If a template doesn't work as described and we can't fix the problem together, you get a full refund. Email hello@awtek.app within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description or screenshot of the issue.

When refunds aren't given

• You changed your mind after downloading, and the product works as described.
• The problem comes from a third-party service (for example an AI provider outage or an expired API key), not from the template.
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we refund the duplicate in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Creem. It can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
