Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Awtek ("we", "us"), including FailSafe Kit. By buying or using our products you agree to them.
1. Seller and payments
Our orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment, billing, invoices and applicable sales taxes. Creem's own terms also apply to the payment.
2. What you get
A digital download containing n8n workflow templates (JSON files) and documentation. You get access right after a successful payment. Updates within the same major version (v1.x) are free.
3. License
- You may use the templates in any number of n8n instances you own or operate.
- You may use and modify them inside automations you deliver to your own clients.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the templates or documentation, modified or not, as templates, in a marketplace, course, bundle or free download.
4. Your responsibility
You're responsible for testing the templates in your environment and for the third-party services, API keys and accounts you connect (for example AI providers or Telegram), including their costs and terms.
5. No warranty
The products are provided "as is". We work to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or fit every use case.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the product applies to that purchase.
